Der Schwerpunkt liegt auf kammerspielartigen Szenen. Diese sind mit viel Situationskomik garniert, die sich daraus ergibt, dass Schotty auf für ihn völlig fremde Hinterbliebene und Bekannte der Mordopfer trifft.
