                               　　『美好苑』这个老公寓已具有35年的屋龄，有着居民们的美好回忆。一名老医生是这里的老村长，居民们无论是身体或心理上的疑难杂症，都会向他寻求援助。他希望代代的居民们可以继续在『美好苑』住下去。由于新加坡的物价昂贵，一对老夫妇为了把房子留给经济能力有限的儿子，而坚持反对出售房子。一名忠心耿耿的丈夫为了挽救婚姻，不惜一切代价，就为了反对集体出售，以保住他们的爱巢，保存他们最美好的回忆。

　　It is a story of a mistress who comes back for her revenge after enduring all kinds of mistreats from her husband's wedded wife. The resentment between two love rivals is passed on to their descents and grows into a war between two bloodlines. Onnapa is a mistress of a millionaire who owns the biggest flower business in the country. She has endured all kinds of mistreats by her husband's lawful life, Kannika, for years. 　　故事发生在风景如诗如画的圣巴巴拉，肖恩（詹姆斯·罗德 James Roday 饰）出生于警察世家，毫不意外地，身为刑警的父亲亨瑞（柯宾·伯恩森 Corbin Bernsen 饰）将未来的希望全部寄托在了儿子的身上，希望他能够子承父业。从很小的时候起，亨瑞便开始有意识的训练肖恩的观察力和逻辑推理能力，所以，当肖恩逐渐长大成人之时，他依然具备了以生俱来的刑侦能力。

　　在《贝兹旅馆 Bates Motel》饰演著名精神病杀人魔Norman Bates的Freddie Highmore加盟饰演患有自闭症的主角Shaun Murphy，他虽然不擅长社交，不过有着具魅力的诚实及率直；学者症候群患者的他挨过了麻烦的童年，并成为了一个天才医生。Nicholas Gonzalez饰演Neil Melendez医生，是外科住院医生的上司。Antonia Thomas饰演Claire Browne，她是个意志坚强﹑有爱心﹑聪明的医生，当她在面对自己的挑战时，与Shaun形成了一种特殊的联系。Chuku Modu饰演Jared Unger医生，是医院的驻院医生。
　　《犯罪现场调查：纽约 CSI: NY》主演Hill Harper将饰演Horace Andrews医生，医院外科主管，Irene Keng饰演Elle McLean医生，是位驻院医生。Richard Schiff饰演Ira Glassman医生，San Jose St. Bonaventure医院的院长，他本质是好人，但并非是个老好人。他在Shaun 16岁时就开始指导他，他对Shaun就像儿子一样，所以当他提出招揽Shaun时，比起在公，其实更因为是在私的关系。Beau Garrett饰演Jessica Preston，医院董事之一，是Ira Glassman的朋友，在招募Shaun来一事Jessica站在Ira的一边。
